Après-ski with a difference: come into one of most the most rustic ski huts in the Flachau ski area. The KAMIN-KLAUSE welcomes guests right next to the valley station of the “Achterjet” cable car with its unmistakable charm. We serve tasty ski hut delicacies, such as cheese gnocchi, Tyrolean rösti, yeast dumplings, home-made pizzas plus warming and refreshing drinks. Instead of a party atmosphere we offer our own KAMIN-KLAUSE feeling – good music of course included. Savour the fabulous view of the ski pistes from the sun terrace and when the weather’s not so good the crackling fire in the open fireplace. …it’s simply wonderful to enjoy the rustic.cosy.genuine atmosphere.

Tickle your tastebuds here at the KAMIN-KLAUSE! In the evening we have a larger menu and in addition to our hut specialities you can also choose from juicy rump steaks, grilled pike perch, fillet of pork in a hearty sauce. Or how about one of our home-made pizzas? The constantly blazing fire in the open fireplace creates the typical KAMIN-KLAUSE feeling – oozing security and warmth. And if you are still feeling cold, then order our home-made “Hunter’s tea” – that’ll really get you warmed up!

A gem in Flachau

We, the Brunäcker Family enjoying running the Kamin-Klause. It is dear to our hearts, as 48 years ago it was one of the first ski huts in Flachau. Since then the KAMIN-KLAUSE has been charming our guests with its cosy and rustic atmosphere. Relax and celebrate life at our friendly après-ski with style. One of the best experiences in our ski hut: watching the crackling fire with a glass wine from Burgenland in your hand. That’s how you forget the time. And also worth a mention: our 4 star Hotel Vierjahreszeiten is located right next door.
